Captain Cartridge is owned and operated by Ian & Lucy Hazzard of the Sunshine Coast. Our son Mitchell also assists us between University courses. We started in September 1999 delivering cartridges and refill kits. It soon became apparent that there was a need for an on-site refill service on the Sunshine Coast which we had up and running in late 2000. Since then, our business has had to "evolve" as technology has changed and have found that new compatible cartrdiges are more reliable for todays printers than refills.
We still offer free delivery and old cartridge pickup to help the environment, but no longer do refills.
New compatibles are often the same price and hold more ink. Why buy a used product that may fail when you can buy a new one and still save on your consumable costs.

Having both worked in the hospitality industry for many years, we are both very aware of how important it is to provide prompt, friendly and reliable service. We take that extra step to please our customers,

Captain Cartridge offers free delivery of new genuine or compatible ink cartridges & toner cartridges. All products delivered free to the Sunshine Coast for all major brands including Canon, Brother, HP, Epson, Lexmark, Oki, Samsung amongst others.

Personalised delivery or onsite service operates rom Pelican Waters in the South to Twin Waters in the North and all areas in between out to the Bruce Highway. Other areas may require a set minimum order, or delivery by courier. Australia wide delivery is available.
